Technical Support

TADTechnology Technical Support is available for existing customers at $175.00 per hour. Calls will be billed in increments of 15 minutes, with a $45.00 minimum per call. Prepaid discounts are available.

Pre-Paid Technical Support


Technical support plans may be purchased in advance. Two hours of technical support may be purchased for $300.

The technical support fee is non-refundable, but can be used at any time until the allotted hours are used up.
